Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 8, 2026
Internovations, LLC ("Internovations," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard information when you visit internovations.com or contact us through our website.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you fill out the contact form on this website. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, the type of service you're interested in, an approximate budget range, and a description of your project or inquiry.
When you submit the form, we also record technical metadata to help us prevent abuse and respond appropriately: your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the date and time of submission. Standard server access logs are maintained by our hosting provider (SiteGround) and may include the same technical metadata for all visits.
2. Analytics & Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC) to
understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use our website — for
example, which pages are most read and roughly where in the world traffic
is coming from. Google Analytics works by setting cookies in your browser
(typically named _ga and _ga_<id>) and
sending information about your visit — including your IP address, the
pages you view, your browser and device type, and referring URLs — to
Google's servers. We have IP-anonymization enabled.
We do not load Google Analytics until you explicitly accept it. The first time you visit, you'll see a banner with two choices:
- Accept Analytics — the Google Analytics script loads and sets the cookies described above for this and future visits.
- Decline — the script never loads, no analytics cookies are set, and no information is sent to Google.
Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage (key
inv_consent_v1) and applies only to the browser and device
you make the choice on. You can change your decision at any time by
clicking Cookie Settings in the page footer. If you
previously accepted and want analytics cookies removed, decline through
Cookie Settings and then clear cookies for internovations.com in your
browser. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites
using Google's official opt-out browser add-on.
Google's handling of analytics data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Google Analytics data is used only to improve this website; it is not combined with contact-form submissions, used for advertising, or sold.
Aside from Google Analytics (when accepted), this website does not set tracking cookies or use advertising pixels. The contact form may use browser storage from hCaptcha (see Section 4) for bot detection.
3. How Your Submission Is Processed
When you submit the contact form, your information is handed off to a private automation workflow we operate using n8n, a self-hosted workflow tool. That workflow:
- Stores your submission in a private database we control;
- Appends a row to a private Google Sheet that only authorized Internovations personnel can access;
- May send your submission to Anthropic's Claude API so an AI assistant can draft an internal summary or suggest a response for our team to review;
- Sends an email notification to our team so we can follow up.
A human at Internovations reviews every inquiry before any reply is sent. The AI is used to assist our team — it does not autonomously contact you, make decisions about you, or take actions that have legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Spam and Abuse Protection (hCaptcha)
Our contact form is protected by hCaptcha, operated by Intuition Machines, Inc. hCaptcha collects information from your browser (including your IP address and signals about your browser environment) to determine whether you are a human or an automated bot. Use of hCaptcha is subject to hCaptcha's privacy policy and terms of service.
5. Service Providers
We rely on a small number of third-party service providers to operate this website and process contact submissions. Each receives only the information necessary to perform its function:
- SiteGround — web hosting and SSL/TLS.
- Google LLC (Google Analytics) — measures aggregate site traffic (only after you accept analytics; see Section 2).
- Google (Google Workspace / Sheets / Gmail) — stores the Google Sheet that records submissions and delivers email notifications.
- Anthropic, PBC (Claude API) — receives the contents of your submission so its Claude model can generate an internal summary or suggested reply for our team. Per Anthropic's commercial terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train Anthropic's models by default.
- hCaptcha (Intuition Machines, Inc.) — bot/abuse detection on the contact form (see Section 3).
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third party for marketing purposes. Information may be disclosed if required by law, court order, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
6. How We Use Your Information
Information you submit through our contact form is used solely to evaluate your inquiry, respond to you, and provide the services you ask about. We do not use it for unrelated marketing without your explicit consent.
7. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our database, Google Sheet, and email systems for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver services you engage us for, and meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time using the contact details in Section 11.
8. Security
We implement reasonable technical and operational measures to protect your information, including SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit, restricted access to the database and Google Sheet, and authenticated webhooks between the website and our automation workflow. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain uses. Nevada residents have the right under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A to opt out of the sale of certain covered information — Internovations does not sell your information. To exercise any right, contact us using the details in Section 11; we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
10. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites (such as Facebook, Yelp, or the Carson Valley Chamber of Commerce). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
11. Children's Privacy
Our website is intended for business use and is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
